Description
6″ x 1″ .032″ Metalphoto® aluminum ruler uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. PolyColor® uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a standard 1-color imprint. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange and purple. No PMS match available. These processes are very durable and resistant to solvents. Choice of scales include imperial and metric options: 16ths of an inch, 32nds of an inch, 16ths & 32nds of an inch, 64ths of an inch, centimeters (CM), millimeters (MM) or half-millimeter (0.5 MM). Measurements/scales may be customized including in the price under the normal setup with vector art supplied. Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales/custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides. We are sourced and manufactured within the US and there are no port delays, customs delays or additional tariffs domestically.
Metalphoto® (MP) is a process that uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. This process may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint.
PolyColor® is a process that uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a 1 color imprint. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange or purple. This process also may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PolyColor® inks may vary slightly from run to run. PMS color matches not available for this imprint process.
