Description
3″ x 1″ .020″ Metalphoto® aluminum nameplate with your choice of imprint/format that suits many MIL specs. Ability to follow blueprints & imprint variable data. Includes 3M 467 adhesive on back or up to 4 drilled holes. Other 3M adhesives & optional four color process available with approx. PMS match available. Contact customer service for custom sizes, materials & imprint methods. We are sourced and manufactured within the US and there are no port delays/customs delays or additional tariffs. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange and purple.
Metalphoto® (MP) is a process that uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. This process may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint.
PolyColor® is a process that uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a 1 color imprint. This process also may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PolyColor® inks may vary slightly from run to run. PMS color matches not available for this imprint process.
Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange and purple.

4CP or Four Color Process is a process that prints directly on the surface of the anodized aluminum using UV cured inks. This process allows for a durable multi-color CMYK imprint including white & approximate PMS matches, in one cost. Can be lacquered to increase resistance to weathering and solvents.
