Description
Our most popular gauge used in the construction supply, industrial coating, waterproofing, fireproofing, roofing, resin, enamel, lacquer, sealant and paint industries. The 3.25″ x 2.25″ x .032″ four color process aluminum wet film thickness gauge measures liquid paint, coating or membrane thickness applied wet to various surfaces by pressing the notched gauge into the wet coating ensuring it meets specifications before drying. Measuring wet film thickness is crucial to prevent defects caused by too much wet film (long drying times, sagging) or too little wet film (poor coverage, failure to protect). This practical tool doubles as a memorable business card – one people will actually keep and use, not toss aside or misplace.
Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales or custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales and custom imprint on both sides, measuring 1-80 Mils and/or 25-2032 Microns. Standard pricing includes full color imprint on 1 side with no scales or imprint on the back. Directions for use can be incorporated. Our 4CP imprint process prints directly on the surface of anodized or coated aluminum using UV cured inks. This process allows for a durable multi-color CMYK imprint, including white & approximate PMS matches in one low cost.
