Description
3.25″ x 2.25″ .032 aluminum Metalphoto® wet film thickness gauge measuring paint or coating thickness applied wet to various surfaces. Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales/custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides, measuring 1-80 MIL and/or 25-2032 Micron scales. Standard pricing includes 1 standard color imprint. Directions for use can be incorporated. Metalphoto® uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange or purple. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. We are sourced and manufactured within the US and there are no port delays, customs delays or additional tariffs domestically.
Metalphoto® (MP) is a process that uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. This process may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint.
PolyColor® is a process that uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a 1 color imprint. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange or purple. This process also may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PolyColor® inks may vary slightly from run to run. PMS color matches not available for this imprint process.
