Description
Used in the construction supply, industrial coating, waterproofing, fireproofing, roofing, resin and paint industries. 3.25″ x 2.25″ .032 aluminum Metalphoto® gel coating thickness gauge measuring paint or coating thickness applied wet to various surfaces. Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales/custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides, measuring 6-30 MIL and/or 152-762 Micron scales. Directions for use can be incorporated. Includes standard 1 color imprint: Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange or Purple.
Metalphoto® (MP) is a process that uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. This process may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint.
PolyColor® is a process that uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a 1 color imprint. This process also may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PolyColor® inks may vary slightly from run to run. PMS color matches not available for this imprint process.
